This cozy space is about 850sqft big front window The front room can be used 

• yoga classes
• Baby and me gathering
• Kid's Birthday Party ( for about 15kids)
• Run a small workshop
• Pop-ups

The back room has a kitchenette comes with a Table, Chair fridge, freezer, and a stove extra ( microwave, coffee machine tea kettle)kitchen supplies (Plates, Cups, Bowls, Cutlery)- Washroom- parking spaces
